Are you bull or bear?

Terms, which you will often encounter especially in connection with trading in various markets. The designation is probably based on how these animals attack in nature. The bull takes the enemy on the horns with his head bowed, so he attacks from the bottom up and the bear, on the other hand, uses his height, weight and paws to attack from top to bottom. So if the market grows, we call it a bull market, and if it falls, it is a bear market.

Whether you are a bull or a bear as a person is certainly not determined by the date of birth as it is with the signs of the zodiac. Your sentiment about the future development of the market is decisive. If someone is convinced that an asset will rise in price, we call him a bull, and conversely, if you expect the price of an asset to fall, you are a good candidate to be a bear.

So when investing in a specific cryptocurrency that you plan to hold, you are always likely to be a bull. However, an experienced trader who trades regularly can also be a bear, as you can trade and earn money even when the assets fall (long - short). Of course, there are also various combinations of these sentiments. For example, you may be a bear in the short term because you expect a decline but you generally believe in the growth of the asset, so you are a bull in the long run.

Currently, almost all relevant cryptocurrencies are in the bull market. However, experienced analysts point out that after each growth, and especially after such rapid growth, sooner or later there will be a decline, and therefore bears will certainly see it as well.

Finally, it should be added that this division is a purely subjective opinion of each individual. For example, MicroStrategy CEO Michael Saylor sees bitcoin as a great way to preserve value, and well-known gold advocate Peter Schiff sees bitcoin as a bubble. The perception of short-term and long-term horizons is also very subjective. Someone is nervous if they are at a loss for a few days and someone can calmly wait for the bull market for years. So how are you doing with cryptocurrencies? Are you a bull or a bear?
